Anand Udupa – CEO, Founder

With a B.Tech degree from IIT Madras, and a M.S. degree from UCLA, Anand joined Texas Instruments, Bangalore as an analog design engineer in the High speed ADC team. With over 13 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, he came up with several innovations that enabled the industry’s first 14-bit 125 MSPS ADC and the first octal channel 12-bit 70 MSPS ADC. Anand has 9 patents to his name in circuit design, and has led several full chip IC design projects for markets including wireless base-station, digital still camera and medical imaging. He has represented TI actively at the JEDEC task group committee for the JESD204 (A,B) output interface standards. He supervised and mentored several engineers, and created a powerful peer recognition process. He also taught TI’s first Analog design course at RV College of Engineering in 2010. Anand’s dream is to make India a leader in the semiconductor industry, and hopes to help in the creation of Indian brands that will become renowned as world leaders.

Neeraj Shrivastava – CTO, Co-Founder

After topping his M.Tech batch at IIT Bombay, Neeraj joined TI in 2004. He has over 7 years of industry experience in complex analog circuit design. He has worked on nearly every analog design block including reference circuits, LDO, DLL, PLL, I/O design as well as the complete Pipelined ADC. He has come up with extremely complex and innovative circuit solutions for achieving high dynamic linearity in sampled data systems, as well as high linearity, low noise input buffers for driving ADCs. Neeraj has worked on, and led increasingly complex ADC designs including a 14-bit 125 MSPS quad channel ADC, as well as 16-bit 100 MSPS quad channel ADC. He has played a mentoring role to several colleagues and has helped them achieve their career potential. He created and taught a Pipelined ADC course at Texas Instruments, and in his spare time, taught many B.Tech electronics engineers in Bengaluru.
